The past 2 months I have been hovering around the all-illusive normal category as determined by my BMI being under 25. Aaaak! I did it for a few weeks, now I've creeped up again. The nice Wii asks me why? Once I answered eating too much. Another time, not exercising enough. Both are so true. Re-committment to my health and strength. Today. Now. Here we go!
